Join us for the Fourth Annual RunNona on October 29th, as this years race takes participants through Medical City and onto Laureate Park. This year’s RunNona promises to be the best ever with Halloween costume contests for young and old.
After the race, stay at Lake Nona for the opening of our newest neighborhood, Laureate Park. Tour six models designed exclusively for Lake Nona, and see the latest in sustainable and healthy designs.
Laureate Park is located just east of Medical City on Tavistock Lakes Boulevard. Just follow the signs from Lake Nona Boulevard after the race.

Lake Nona is teaming up with Florida Blood Centers to bring the Big Red Bus into town. Visit the Lake Nona Information Center on Tuesday, October 4 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. to donate blood. There is no appointment necessary and the whole procedure will last under an hour. All blood donors will receive a free mini-physical that checks blood pressure, cholesterol, iron level and more.
